Vegan, Gluten-free Quinoa Pizza Crust
This pizza crust is so simple, you have to try it. I replaced the apple cider vinegar with white balsamic vinegar and it worked out great. I also topped it with roasted zucchini pesto. I highly suggest it!
I do in fact have some quinoa I've been wanting to use up, so think I'll try that pizza crust; thanks for the suggestion! :)
ReplyDeleteI'm so glad to hear that the quinoa pizza crust recipe caught your eye, Julie! It initially caught mine because it's so simple! Anything with just a few ingredients makes my "to-make" list. Hope you enjoy it!
DeleteOoh! Those cookies and the pizza look especially yum. Not that I have a 4 pound bag of quinoa sitting around...
ReplyDeleteThanks! I thought they looked tasty, too! Quinoa is great, but sometimes I feel like things need to get shaken up a bit.
DeleteWow, such interesting 3 recipes! I am especially intrigued by the quinoa cookies - they look so good!
ReplyDeleteHi Julia! Thanks so much for stopping by! And, yes, the quinoa cookies look adorable and delicious! They call for sprouted quinoa, which makes me want to get in the business of sprouting my own, just so I can make them without having to run out and buy anything.
DeleteI love those speckled cookies, so pretty and full of color and texture!
ReplyDeleteAlso, I really just want a cookie. Great post, I would have never thought of guinoa being used that way.
Thank you! I was surprised at how many recipes I was seeing around with quinoa. The cookies (and anything sweet) especially surprised me :-)
DeleteHoly crap! These look delicious. I absolutely cannot look at these when I'm hungry. My mouth is watering, and I'm not even vegan!
ReplyDeleteHaha! I am always so impressed and taken by other people's food photography. It makes me drool, too!
