Vegan, Gluten-free Quinoa Pizza Crust

This pizza crust is so simple, you have to try it.  I replaced the apple cider vinegar with white balsamic vinegar and it worked out great.  I also topped it with roasted zucchini pesto. I highly suggest it!

    1. Hi Julia! Thanks so much for stopping by! And, yes, the quinoa cookies look adorable and delicious! They call for sprouted quinoa, which makes me want to get in the business of sprouting my own, just so I can make them without having to run out and buy anything.

Also, I really just want a cookie. Great post, I would have never thought of guinoa being used that way.
